Bar BAUT is a spin-off of restaurant BAUT. A permanent bar, with a vibrant atmosphere. Here Michiel van der Eerde and Tom de Rooij present you with the best of 7 years BAUT. Everything where pop-up BAUT is famous for is back on the menu in a casual bar setting.

BAUT CLASSICS &
LOTS OF VEGGIES

Back on the menu is all BAUT is known for. Classics done with a modern twist and lots of vegetables dishes. Dishes are intermediate sized for 12-14 euros per item. When you are in a rush or when having a big appetite, don’t worry. Some of the dishes are also available double sized.
